Critical appraisal involving examination, measurement, testing, gauging, and comparison of materials or items include control internal quality and improvement quality. Main inspection and testing equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Faro ArmCMM, Various Gauges/Instrument and more.
Furthermore, Alphacast focuses on the control of internal quality and improvement in overall quality.
Engineering
Alphacast runs a complete designing and applying software of AutoCAD, Solid works and/or EdgeCam for tool design. All engineering processes are made in-house to react promptly to customer's demand.
Production Technology
Alphacast improves our modern production technology for the manufacture of products and managing stock inventory that aims to optimize costs, minimize inventory and maintain a steady work flow.
Additionally, we also provide Reverse Engineering/ Rapid Prototype (RP) by which a 3D model or a solid product can be built. This service not only reduces development cost but also increases productivity and production lead-time can be substantially reduced compared to conventional cast mold.
